REI Cornerstone, is a dynamic and innovative real estate organization specializing in property acquisition and disposition. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Disposition Virtual Assistant (Dispo VA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of our real estate operations, focusing on buyer intake, input on GHL (or other relevant software), and workflow creation (you will be trained).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Buyer Intake
Qualify and screen potential buyers to ensure they meet our criteria by conducting cold call. Being able to converse without the script and conduct personable conversation.
2. Data Input on GHL
Maintain an organized system and accurately input buying criteria, transactions, and related information.
3. Workflow Creation
Collaborate with the team to create workflow in GHL for deal texts to be sent out to buyers.
Requirements:
-EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH language skills, both written and spoken.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Real estate experience and knowledge is a must.
-Prior experience in caller roles and confidence in communicating with potential buyers.
-Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet.
-Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
-Thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys constantly learning and taking on new tasks
All kinds of platforms used for Dispo, some examples of platforms used are:
GHL, Google Photos, Discord, Zillow, County Websites, etc.
Tool Requirements:
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam
