Help me recruit/hire Canadian Citizens

I am looking for a professional recruiter (hiring manager) who can help me find Canadian citizens for my part-time work project.

- The work is flexible and can be done fully remotely. The pay is also pretty attractive.

The person I am looking for must know the Canadian market to know where to publish job postings and how to get new people.

We can agree on either a fixed payment or payment per hired person.
