Help in buying a car Germany

Hello,
I need a native speaking German person who would help me in buying car process.
I need someone who could call car owners and make an appointment for review. Will be on the phone for speaking with owners and get some details.
Would be good if the person would know well the car buying process in Germany, but not a must.
