My name is Glen I'm a real estate manager and a property owner., I am looking for a virtual assistant, assisting in posting my houses to applicants that are in search of renting a property, so your major job is posting ads of my houses and redirecting applicants to me. You will be paid $800 every 7days and bonus can grow up to $1000 if you are doing a great job. So if you are interested let me know.
Position:
Handle advertising of the property online and through marketplaces
Put up and remove 'for rent’ ads
Obtain information and public records about property for sale
Timing:
There is a flexible timing also depending on when you get more information regarding the house.
Description:
Al l you have to do is make a posting of my houses on Facebook marketplace and publish it once it is published you will receive messages from applicants who are interested in renting the house all you have to do is tell them to call the contact number for more information about the postings ok?
Skills:
Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes.
Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively with applicants.
People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail
Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents
