General Virtual Assistant Needed for business & personal life

I am looking for a virtual assistant that I can pass some of my fairly workload to. I run 2 businesses and am in the process of opening 3rd location plus have a family and small task have become too time consuming. I am now looking for a virtual assistant I can call on to complete task like research where is the best place to get these light fixtures from, research different things, help facilitate and put things in order, etc,. Just help in general I may not need much help as of now because I am still figuring the logistics part of the assistant side out but over time will be able to grow into being consistent. I’m not even sure how to structure payments but I am open to input. What’s your favorite book? Let me know so that I know you read the description.
