Full-time Virtual Personal Assistant Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a proactive, organized and work-oriented Personal Assistant to support me with my day-to-day online tasks and to keep my businesses up with the progress.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support for the executive teams.
Our line of work's on eCommerce (eBay, Amazon and Shopify Stores), Social Media Management and Online Marketing.
The ideal candidate must be
• A super organized individual that can tackle many different tasks simultaneously.
• Able to push projects and tasks along while being understanding of the needs of everyone involved in our projects.
• Independent but able to work within a team environment.
Must have
- an Excellent knowledge of the English language, and practical business communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Skills on working with Google Sheets
- Must have an understanding about the Social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest and experience in SMM.
- The person should have creative mind to keep updated with latest marketing techniques, new marketing strategies and keep him/her updates to latest local marketing trends..
Skills on following are beneficial
- eBay, Amazon and Shopify
- Canva
- Personal Book Keeping
- Creating, managing and presenting Reports
- Project Management
- Graphic design skills are helpful but not required.
Lastly, We are searching for a dependable applicant who has a passion for work and and has a great attitude and work ethic. You must be an effective multi-tasker and demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to jump in to help wherever and however they can!
