Full Time Virtual Rental Home Condition Coordinator Needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Condition Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll conduct live video inspections of rental homes to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. As the face of our company, you'll deliver customized reports and top-tier service to property managers, landlords, and residents. The ideal candidate will speak English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual inspections using live video tools and our inspection platform.
Identify and document structural, safety, and cosmetic issues (training provided).
Clearly communicate findings to property managers, landlords, and tenants.
Prepare detailed, accurate inspection reports using company tools.
Follow company standards and local housing regulations.
Address client questions and follow up as needed.
Stay informed on industry tools and trends.
