Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Support + Sales) – Female, Based in India
We’re looking for a second full-time female Virtual Assistant based in India to join our international SaaS team. This is a long-term, remote role focused primarily on customer support, with gradual involvement in sales-related activities. You'll work closely with our clients and internal team, helping users get the most out of our platform and occasionally identifying new opportunities for upselling or follow-up.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master our SaaS product inside-out (training provided)
- Handle support questions submitted by Dutch clients (you’ll use ChatGPT to translate and respond)
- Manage client communication via email, WhatsApp, and video calls
- Track issues, feedback, and feature requests in Jira
- Maintain clear records and documentation using MS Office tools
- Monitor and organize the shared inbox of our management team
- Identify potential upsell opportunities during client conversations
- Follow up on warm leads and existing clients
- Support the team in drafting simple proposals or follow-up emails
- Assist with outreach messaging where needed
Requirements
- Female, based in India
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to translate and respond to Dutch-language emails using ChatGPT
- Available full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST)
- Strong communicator with professional client presence on video
- Tech-savvy and experienced with tools like MS Office, Jira, and remote work tools
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work setup
