The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with US or EU citizens who align with our requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted searches on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to identify potential candidates.
• Evaluate profiles to ensure candidates meet specific qualifications and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with potential candidates to gather additional information and assess their suitability.
• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates and track outreach efforts.
• Provide regular updates on progress and collaborate with the team to refine search strategies.

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
