Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Female, India Only) – SaaS Support & Email Handling 9-6 IST

We’re looking for a female virtual assistant based in India for a full-time, long-term remote role. You’ll support our team with email management, client communication, and—most importantly—learning our SaaS product in-depth to help answer support questions. You’ll also handle messages in Dutch (translated using ChatGPT), draft newsletters, and communicate via email, WhatsApp, and video calls.

Your Tasks:
Learn and master our SaaS system
Handle support questions (written in Dutch, answered using ChatGPT)
Manage management’s email inbox
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and video
Create and format newsletters and client updates
Maintain documents using MS Office
Track issues and feedback in Jira

Requirements:
Female, based in India
Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
Comfortable translating and responding to Dutch emails using ChatGPT
Able to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST
Tech-savvy; experienced with Jira, MS Office, and remote communication
Strong learning mindset for SaaS platforms
Stable internet and quiet work setup
