Find Black Content Creators in NYC Area.. $2 Per Hour Pay

I need someone to search Instagram and Tik Tok and find black content creators that are in the New York area.
These content creators should have a clear niche/category of content.
Your job will be to put an excel list together of content creators that have between 30k-200k followers.
I need someone that is available now to search, and spend a handful of hours today searching.
You must come up with creative ways to search & find creators. Basic hashtags of #NYContentCreator or #BlackContentCreator may not work. I need someone that can think of new ways & strategies to search for these people.
This job requires a lot of Instagram & Tik Tok searching. So you must have a good & reliable instagram connection. I do not want to hire anyone with internet data/bandwidth issues.
