Filling posts of femle virtual assistant ASAP

We are a company that provide virtual assistance to our clients. We are looking for multi-talented virtual assistant to work for our company and assist our clients remotely.
The tasks depends on the client requirements and you will be working directly with our client via Skyp and work on assigned tasks given by him/her.
but before we assign you to the client you need to work for one week as a trial period which is paid as well. In trial week there will be test tasks assigned to you to analyze your skills set.
the working hours will be 5 hours a day 5 days a week preferably on EST timezone.
the first test task is of article searching. You need to find articles over internet regarding two categories i.e Health and Information Technology. The limitations are articles on only how to topics and articles should not be more than 500 words. Once you find an article and copy it to word document and format it nicely with proper headings and bullets as well as attach relevant picture of that specific article if there any. Moreover you need to copy the reference or source of article and mention in word document to avoid copyright. You need to find as many articles as you can during the 5 hours.
