Filipino-Speaking Email Marketing Task Virtual Assistant
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) who is fluent in English and knows the Filipino language. Your primary role will involve emailing hotels and restaurants FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR TRAVEL VOUCHER PROGRAM in the Philippines, persuading them to subscribe to our Travel Voucher Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emailing various HOTELS and RESTAURANTS in the Philippines
- Promoting our Travel Voucher Program
- Assisting in customer service tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Expertise in email marketing is a must
- A background in sales will be beneficial
- Familiarity with hotels and restaurants in the Philippines is highly desirable
- Proficiency in the FILIPINO language and fluency in English is non-negotiable
Tools:
- You should be experienced with CRM software. I haven't decided on a specific one yet, but it could potentially be Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace will be a plus.
