I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my Facebook Marketplace dropshipping business. The ideal candidate will have experience in product research and sourcing, as well as customer service and order fulfillment.
Tasks:
- Product research and sourcing: The VA will be responsible for finding profitable products to sell on Facebook Marketplace. This includes identifying trending items, researching suppliers, and negotiating product prices.
- Listing and managing products: Once the products are sourced, the VA will be responsible for creating compelling product listings with images and descriptions. They will also manage inventory and update listings as needed.
- Customer service and order fulfillment: The VA will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. They will also handle any issues or returns that may arise.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong research skills: The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting thorough market research to identify profitable products.
