Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant who loves the work but doesn't want the hassle of running your own business? At Real Time VA, we understand and we're keen to have someone with your expertise on board.
We're on the lookout for:

Dedicated Individuals: We would like you to have a minimum availability of 1 hour daily from Monday to Friday.
Here's What to Expect:
Upon joining, we'll get you up to speed with training and task introductions/delegation. This sets you up to effectively work with your own clients. Starting with 2-5 hours a week, there's a clear path to grow as you naturally progress to managing more clients of your own and full time hours would be available if you're interested. If you're more experienced you'll be able to take on your own clients ASAP!
Your Tasks May Include:
Managing client inboxes seamlessly.
Undertaking detailed data entry.
Handling invoices efficiently.
Organising schedules and meetings.
Engaging in weekly touchpoints with your assigned clients.
The potential to dive into the realms of social media and marketing.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in working directly with VA clients.
A valid ABN (Australian Business Number).
Up-to-date antivirus software and a VPN.
A functional home office setup.
