Experienced VA Needed for Cold Calling with great English proficiency

I'm looking for a skilled virtual assistant to assist with cold calling on pre-foreclosure and distressed homeowners.
Key Requirements:
- Must have prior experience with cold calling, including proficiency with scripts.
- A high level of English proficiency is essential. A mild accent is acceptable.
- While not mandatory, the ability to speak Spanish is a bonus.
- Familiarity with my preferred CRM system is a requirement.
- Time tracking should be done through the CRM system.
The primary objective of this campaign is to gather information, and to set appointments for a follow up call. You'll be expected to manage your time efficiently and provide reports through the CRM system.
