Experienced Executive Assistant
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
We require an experienced Executive Assistant to help manage a busy diary of our Director, along with email correspondence and other general duties including potentially phone answering.
Our Director runs 4 diaries and requires them all to be co-ordinated, inboxes monitored to ensure event invitations are responded to, and all events copied over to the master diary with details added including location and attachments.
All email inboxes must be monitored and appropriate filing made, including prompting the Director of information needed where replies are required.
You must be experienced at handling a busy diary, time management and ensure you can handle sensitive information.
Experience at answering the phone would be an advantage. Your written and spoken English must be impeccable. Location does not matter but ideally time zones would not be too different so that you can join team meetings.
Initially just a few hours each week will be required, with the potential of a long-term, part-time role for the right person.
