The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the Heads of Departments in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.

The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO and other Heads of Departments in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Maintains calendar and appointment scheduling and works with leader to effectively manage time.
May serve on special projects, committees, or act as manager or department representative.
Opens, distributes, reads/handles mail and emails as requested or required.
Some personal errands on behalf of the Executive Team will be needed from time to time
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
