Executive Assistant to CEO

Overview:
We are looking for someone fun and enthusiastic to join our team as an Executive Assistant to our CEO, who runs www.GraystokeMedia.com, www.GraystokeInvestments.com & www.ChildRescueAssociation.com. This is a fast-paced job where you will get to interact with billionaires, celebrities, and all kinds of high achievers scheduling them to be on our "Innovation & Leadership" podcast. You will also help our CEO with the large investors in our commercial real estate fund and help him combat child trafficking and get orphans adopted with our charity.
This role is perfect for a highly flexible and preferably experienced administrative professional responsible for a wide range of administrative, logistical, and project-related support.
***The most crucial skill is the ability to quickly adapt to new plans and ideas and quickly and learn and keep up with our CEO.
The next most important skills are organization, warm professionalism. You will often be in contact with high-level executives and VIPs on behalf of our CEO and the companies on email and phone calls.
What you'll do
Coordinate with high-profile podcast guests and their teams.
Help invent new and innovative programs for the companies and the charity doing things like internet research to identify people he should talk to and programs we should consider partnering with.
Proactively manage our CEO's email inbox.
Proactively manage our CEO's daily schedule, business travel, and other logistics.
Help with organization and follow-through on the many projects and ideas.
What you'll need
Energetic and positive outlook, attention to detail, resourcefulness, flexibility, high level of organization, and proven collaboration skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks/projects
Ability to self-start and work alone with confidence and make judgment calls when our CEO is not available.
The ability to problem-solve on your own is highly valued in the role.
Warm & friendly verbal and written communication skills
Complete confidentiality on all business matters
Proficiency with Gmail, google calendar, google drive, and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Any creative skills are a bonus but not required (i.e., apple keynote, adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, apple keynote).
Know how to laugh through the fails and organize all the excitement.
