Excel Data Cleaning & Reporting - 15/11/2025 02:47 EST

Job ID: 39980511

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have a numeric dataset that first needs to be cleaned, validated, and structured inside Excel. Once the data is tidy I want clear, visually appealing charts and tables that make the numbers easy to understand at a glance. The end-product should be a short but polished report that combines those visuals with concise written commentary, so anyone can open the file, grasp the insights immediately, and reuse the underlying data without further fixes.

Here’s how I picture the flow: you clean the raw sheet (deduplication, consistent formats, error checks), build the key visuals directly in Excel—pivot charts, bar or line graphs, whatever best tells the story—and then weave a brief narrative around the findings. That written section should sit either on a separate tab or a neatly formatted Word/Google Doc, as long as it highlights the main takeaways.

Deliverables
• Cleaned Excel workbook with original and “final” tabs
• At least three visuals that illustrate the core metrics
• A succinct written summary (≈300–500 words) explaining what the numbers mean

Accuracy, clarity, and smooth hand-off matter most to me; keep formulas transparent and use built-in Excel features so future edits are simple. If this aligns with your skills in data cleaning, data visualization, and content writing, I’m ready to get started and will respond quickly to questions.
