I'm seeking a proficient Property Manager in Europe (AS, Argentina, Canada, US, México , Uruguay and Paraguay) with an active Airbnb account. The ideal candidate will handle:
- Guest communication and support
- Cleaning and maintenance coordination
- Listing creation and optimization
- Virtual assistant
- Data entry
- Customer Support
Fluency in English is essential, as the Property Manager will need to communicate effectively with guests and coordinate with maintenance teams. The role will initially start part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time, contingent on passing a preliminary test and demonstrating competence.
Experience managing more than 5 properties is a prerequisite. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
