AI-Enhanced Painting Proposal Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a dependable virtual assistant who can step in every weekday—and again on Sunday—for a focused 1- to 2-hour block. Your main responsibility will be turning my field notes into polished house-painting proposals and strengthening each document with an AI copy-assistant so the language is clear, persuasive, and on brand. I’ll walk you through the pricing structure, templates, and tone, so you’ll have everything you need to work quickly and accurately.
MUST BE AVAILABLE VIA ZOOM CALL DURING THESE HOURS:
M-F 5-7PM PST, Sunday 5-7PM PST
During each session you will:
• Draft the proposal from the details I provide
• Run the draft through your preferred AI tool to tighten wording and highlight value
• Return the finished file to me—ready to send to the homeowner
From time to time I may also ask for light admin help such as updating a spreadsheet or sending a follow-up email, but the proposals remain the priority.
To thrive in this role you’ll need native-calibre written English, a stable high-speed connection, and the discipline to log in at the same agreed-upon hour each day. Familiarity with Word, Google Docs, or similar editors is essential; a knack for AI-assisted writing is a definite advantage.
