Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? We are seeking a dedicated chat operator to provide high-quality support to our customers in English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries through online chat, delivering timely responses and effective solutions.
Ensure clear and courteous communication in English, adapting the tone to meet customer needs.
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining professionalism and composure at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues.
Accurately document customer interactions and actions taken in our ticket management system.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
