English-Spanish Medical Virtual Assistant

Your duties
- speak English and Spanish
- Call patients and ask them questions (you will be provided the list of questions)
- Set up appointment on Google Sheet
- Respond to emails
- Use Google Docs, Google Sheets and Zoho
- Prepare clinic notes and procedure notes
- Send in medications to the pharmacy via online software
-Communicate with the team on WA
-Call patients and explain a procedure

Notes
-You will have two mentors to help explain everything (they are bilingual)
-Doctor speak Spanish
-Expected pay 2-3$ USD/hr
-40 hours a week (M-F)
-There is a retention bonus
-Training for 2-4 weeks will be provided (you will be paid for this)

You do NOT have to
- be a scribe
- be a translator
- have any previous experience working with a doctor
