- Sending text messages to customers on a daily basis.
- Displaying exceptional social skills, which will be essential when interacting with our customers.
Previous experience in customer service environments is an essential requirement, giving assurance that candidates can handle different customer inquiries effectively. Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing, and a friendly disposition are also a must.
