Scope of Work:
- Review and respond to customer queries (primarily order updates)
- Flag or escalate complex issues as needed
- Filter out spam, duplicates, or promotional emails
- Maintain accuracy and a customer-friendly tone using provided templates
- Use Gmail for all communications
Requirements:
