Must-have Qualities:
1.Fluent in Simplified Chinese & English:Native speaker level
2.2-3 hours for this task and 6 hours / day for the long-term role
3.Improver not a doer: Always looking for ways to optimize your work process rather than just following our instructions since instructions will be minimal and you will be paid a base salary and a bonus based on your performance.
4. Proactive: Taking initiative to learn new skills and knowledge to improve your work.
5. Independence: Have the ability to complete task on your own with minimal supervision.
6. Quick learner: master any new skills and knowledge fast
7. AI Skills: Constantly experimenting using all the available Ai tools to improve your work performance.
8. Experience with Content marketing is NOT required, as training will be provided.
About us :
We are a Singapore-based IELTS Test Prep company, expanding to the global market (9 years in the industry). We’re looking for a social media specialist to systemize our content production and distribution on Chinese platforms including WeChat, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu (The Red). We already have established accounts on all these platforms. You will be working with an editor (wechat post and video), and a coach (who is in charge of recording)
What you will do for this Trial Task : About 2-3 hours work
Repurpose an existing long-form video to a ticktok style video and wechat blog post
1.Select an existing video from our youtube account (account details will be sent to you after assign you the task)
2.Re-edit it to a 5-6mins clip for wechat video account-similar to tiktok. Subtitles are required based on the content language, either chinese, english or two languages. (Optional) include a brief voiceover for smooth transitions if you are comfortable with your own voice.
3.Write a wechat blog post based on our template, which details all the requirements from title to the content. All the technical content about the exam will be filled in by our coach, you only need to write an outline.
4.Design a thumbnail for this content for both the short video and the wechat blogpost. As these two platforms have different reading habits, the thumbnails are always different.
5.You will receive detailed instructions and training so previous experience with these two platforms are not required.
Pay: 30-40 USD based on the quality of your work

Performance Goal to select the long-term candidates:
You will get paid whether you reach this goal or not but we use these to select who’s suitable for the next trial task, thus the long-term role
A strong WeChat video achieves 500+ views within 24 hours.
A strong WeChat article achieves 1,000+ views within 24 hours.
