Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Needed

Hi, I have a Shopify store that makes around 30 orders per day. I need an eCommerce virtual assistant to do a few tasks on a daily basis:
1- Product research and adding these products with SEO-compliant titles and descriptions to the store.
2- Order processing and fulfillment using Shopify.
3- Customer service and responding to customer issues.
4- Manage refunds and customer complaints and report back to the supplier.
This would be an hourly contract which can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours a day.
