Early-Stage SaaS Hiring VA to Help Build Systems + Scale Fast
Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Compensation: $3 to $5/hour based on experience.Top-tier operators could earn $10,000 - $50,000/year in performance bonuses, tied to our SaaS subscriber membership.
Location: Remote | Hours: 20–50+ hrs/week | You must be available to work Monday-Friday (and some weekends) at least 4 hours/day between 10 AM and 8 PM Pacific Time (USA), no exceptions.

What You’ll Do
Build, refine, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Manage CRM entries, lead follow-up, and cross-team coordination
Monitor pipeline performance and flag inefficiencies
Document workflows and QA live systems
Support inbound call response and live transfer monitoring
Run recurring task loops and optimize output across our VA / Operations team
Prepare content, communication logs, reports, and deliverables on deadline
What You Bring
Minimum 20 hours/week, with bandwidth to surge up to 50+ hours
Proven experience building and maintaining SOPs, CRMs, and backend operations
Hands-on familiarity with WhatsApp, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, or similar tools
Fluent English, both written and spoken-clear, and professional
Comfortable tracking KPIs and speaking up about execution bottlenecks and issues
A proactive, solutions-first attitude - you see and fix before you're told
Comfortable in pressure environments - you crave ownership, not permission
No clock-watchers. No excuse-makers. Just self-managed productivity
Bonus Points (NOT Required)
Background in SaaS, real estate, legal support, insurance, or asset recovery
Experience leading BPO or remote teams
Previous work directly supporting a founder, COO, or high-performance team
