Dynamic Virtual Assistant for Comedy Club & Comedian

About the Role
Comedy Freaks, a London-based comedy club, is an events & creative media company specialising in comedy content that entertains and engages audiences. We're seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support both our business operations and the founder's creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars across multiple platforms
- Handle email and DM correspondence
- Schedule comedy shows, meetings, and industry events
- Book comedians and coordinate with venue partners
Content & Digital Marketing:
- Create and schedule social media content
- Manage website content
- Write copy for blog posts and web content
- Design basic graphics using Canva or Figma
Project Management:
- Organise tasks and workflows in Monday.com
- Coordinate multiple creative projects
- Track deadlines and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
- Located within 3 hours of the London timezone (GMT)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
Preferred Experience:
- Entertainment or events industry experience
- SEO copywriting skills
- Experience with AI tools for content creation
- Knowledgeable or eager to learn about the tools we use: Monday.com; Google Workspace; Buffer (social media); Canva/Figma; Website content management (Blog posts).
Working Arrangement:
- Hours: 10-12 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
- Duration: Long-term position
- Location: Fully remote
- Schedule: Flexible within UK business hours
