Virtual Assistant Needed – Manage Mercari & Facebook Dropshipping Stores (30/70 Profit Split)

I’m looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to fully manage my Mercari and Facebook Marketplace dropshipping stores from A-Z. This is a long-term partnership where you’ll earn 30% of the profits from every sale.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily product research to find high-demand, trending, and profitable items
• Source products from reliable suppliers (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Create and post optimized, appealing listings on both platforms
• Handle order processing, shipping, and tracking
• Provide fast, professional customer service (messages, returns, complaints)
• Maintain daily account health and monitor for any issues

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, or similar eCommerce platforms
• Solid understanding of dropshipping business models
• Strong written communication skills (English)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to use tools like Google Sheets, tracking platforms, and basic photo editors
• Bonus: Experience handling multiple seller accounts or scaling store operations
