Hey there – we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to join our growing business focused on connecting homeowners with trusted contractors in the U.S.
Right now, we’re buying pre-qualified leads from a wholesale provider. Your job will be to help double-check the quality of those leads and manage simple follow-up tasks with contractors we send them to. As we build out our own lead generation system, you’ll also help behind the scenes to support that build — eventually stepping into a bigger role running the whole follow-up and client communication engine.
What You’ll Be Doing (To Start):
Review lead lists daily to make sure contact info is accurate and leads meet our quality standards.
Handle light follow-up (via SMS or CRM) to check if leads have been contacted by our clients.
Keep notes and reports inside a simple tracking system (we’ll train you).
Support with light research or data entry as needed.
What You’ll Grow Into (Later):
Running follow-up automations inside our CRM (we’ll teach you tools).
Managing lead flows and reporting for multiple clients.
Helping improve the system to make everything smoother and smarter.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail — you double-check your work before sending.
Reliable communication — you show up, respond quickly, and don’t go MIA.
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told twice.
Tech-comfortable — if you’ve used CRMs, Google Sheets, or AI tools before, even better.
Bonus: Experience in home services, lead gen, or sales support is a big plus.
