On-Demand Virtual Assistant with Proactive Approach

Virtual Assistant (On-Demand) – Must Bring the Structure, Not Need It
We’re looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant to support a fast-moving, neurodivergent-led team. This is a casual, on-demand role—some weeks may have 5–10 hours of work, and other weeks may have none. We need someone who can jump in without fuss, stay on top of moving parts, and keep everything flowing.
You must be:
• Proactive – You don’t wait to be told. You gently follow up, offer solutions, and keep things on track.
• Fast and efficient – You work quickly and clearly. No dragging timelines. No overcomplicating.
• Detail-obsessed – Accuracy is everything. We’ve had VAs make careless mistakes before—this time, it’s non-negotiable.
• Structured and self-managing – Our founder is ADHD and won’t be giving you step-by-step instructions. You’ll need to bring your own systems and structure.
• Task-focussed and low-drama – We love people who are calm, grounded, and just get on with things.
You must have proven experience in:
• Canva – Resizing, brand templates, creating polished assets
• Meta Business Suite – Scheduling, managing, and boosting Facebook and Instagram posts
• ChatGPT – Prompting, summarising, drafting copy
Monday.com – Content calendars, task tracking, project workflows
• Social media planning and coordination
• Clear, polished written communication
We need someone who:
• Can begin immediately and deliver without needing extensive onboarding
• Is confident managing up and keeping deadlines visible
• Can work on an ad-hoc basis without set hours, sometimes with fast turnarounds
• Can provide examples of past work and at least one reference to back it up
