As a Data Entry / Video Editing / Social Media Creative Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business, including data entry, content generation, video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Posting on forums and online communities.
Generating SEO articles using AI tools.
Creating video scripts using AI tools.
Producing blog content.
AI Tool Knowledge:
Utilize AI tools to generate various types of content as per provided prompts and guidelines.
Video Editing and Graphic Design:
Proficient in at least one major video editing software.
Familiarity with at least one graphic design editor.
Creatively design and edit content for videos and graphics.
English Writing and Grammar:
Strong English comprehension and communication skills.
Ability to receive instructions via voice memos.
Create and proofread written content in English.
Able to communicate effectively in English through live chat.
Produce English-language videos and graphics.
Shopify Management (Plus):
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, content generation, video editing, and graphic design.
Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation.
Strong English writing and grammar skills.
Knowledge of at least one major video editing software and one graphic design editor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time freelance position for a duration of 6 months. Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience.
