Daily Self Care Accountability Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m seeking a calm, friendly VA to keep one of my clients on track with basic self-care. Each day you will connect with him by video call, gently remind him to shower and change into clean clothes and underwear, stay online long enough to confirm he has followed through, and then record the outcome in a shared tracker for me to review.
The ideal routine is:
•check-in by Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp video (your choice).
• Confirm by video that he shower, and changed clothes
• Quick written update in our Google Sheet immediately afterward.
Consistency and patience matter more than speed; the entire interaction usually takes 10–15 minutes. If you can commit to showing up at the same time every day and maintain a supportive tone, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this.
