I'm looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions for my plumbing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching jobs using Jobber
- Providing updates on technician arrival times
- Handling customer questions or complaints professionally
- Following up with customers after service
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
- Basic understanding of plumbing terms is a plus
- Ability to work during morning to afternoon business hours
- Familiar with tools like Google Calendar, Jobber, or similar (training provided)
