I'm seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Chat Representative & Virtual Assistant to join my team. Your main role will be responding to customer inquiries via social media chat and assisting with basic virtual tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple chats/tasks at once
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Flexible, part-time, or full-time depending on your availability
