Responsibilities:
- Reply to our customer request politely and understandingly
- Follow our guidelines
- Work with our Shopify stores to check different information's about the order
- The more experience and understanding you have with the platform the better

Requirements:
- Previous experience with customer care and Shopify
- FLUENT in English
- High-speed internet connection
- Laptop/Computer
