Cold Caller for Real Estate VA
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a reliable, fluent English-speaking virtual assistant to make cold calls for my residential real estate investment business. Your job will be to call property owners from a skip-traced list, follow a simple script, and identify motivated sellers.
Responsibilities:
• Make 2 hours of cold calls per day (Monday–Friday)
• Use my script and track responses in Google Sheets
• Ask qualifying questions to gauge seller motivation
• Schedule follow-ups if needed
Requirements:
• Clear spoken English with minimal accent
• Cold calling or real estate experience preferred
• Must be punctual, professional, and consistent
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and any dialer like Mojo, CallTools, or similar
