Cold Caller - Closers Needed for For Sale By Owner Leads
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Looking for LONG-TERM HIRE 1YR+.
I’m expanding a nationwide For-Sale-By-Owner outbound campaign and need 2–3 mid-level virtual assistants who can start as appointment setters and grow into full anchors/closers. You’ll be calling fresh FSBO leads every day, following a proven call framework, logging every outcome in our CRM, and tracking your own KPIs so we can tighten performance week over week.
Beyond reading a script, you must be ready to pivot, improvise, and keep the conversation alive when a seller throws a curveball. Dealing with rejection is part of the job, so resilience and a creative mindset are essential. You’ll also use basic math on the fly to anchor price expectations and frame offers that make sense for both sides.
How you will be paid
• $5.00USD/hr
• $250 bonus per closed deal (expected 3-5 a month for those with good closing skills)
• 40hr work week = 40x5 = $200. You can work Saturday if you want for more $$
• Additional bonus for top closers - we want you to be the richest person in your town!
Training & support
• Weekly Zoom coaching sessions with live role-plays, deal break-downs, and Q&A
• Recorded calls reviewed together for tactical feedback
• Access to our playbooks, KPI templates, and anchor-building drills
Deliverables
• Daily call log and disposition notes inside the CRM
• Daily/Weekly KPI sheet (dials, contacts, appointments, conversions)
• 50 leads called per day. 1 Lead = 3 attempts. One attempt = 3 calls, 1 VM, 1 TXT. 40% contact rate or higher.
• 1-2 real anchored leads a day.
