Cold Call Skip Trace Virtual Assistant -- 2

Real estate investing company that specializes in helping people stop foreclosure. If a tax or mortgage foreclosure has proceeded then we help with recovery of surplus funds for the homeowner. We need a virtual assistant to help with skip tracing the homeowner, heirs, contacts of the homeowner to get in touch with them to present the services and see if they would like more information. The virtual will need to locate and confirm accurate contacts for the homeowner, phone, mailing address and/or email, and communicate with the homeowner by cold call, text blast, and email. Then transfer warm or hot leads directly to us. A script will be provided.
