CRM virtual assistant

About us: we are a B2B marketing agency based in Israel and we are looking to grow.
About you: a part-time virtual assistant (and eventually full time) that will help us do it.
What we need: someone to manage the crm (no phone calls needed).
What you will be responsible for:
Setting appointments via email with leads.
Following with leads via email.
Checking that i do the phone calls, and show up to the appointments.
Managing our cold email inbox.
Requirement:
Basic hebrew writing and reading (i will help you with template)
Knowledge on working with slack, google drive, airtable, pipedrive.
In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes. In fact, just to prove that you are detail-oriented and can follow procedures, when you apply for this position start your message by writing what is the one thing you will take to a deserted island.
