Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Kidswear Wholesale Sourcing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
APPLICANTS TO BE BASED IN TURKEY
I’m launching a small, unbranded kids-clothing line in Turkey and need a bilingual virtual assistant who can move fast in the local wholesale scene. The first focus is casual wear for the 0-2 and 3-7 age brackets, so I’ll rely on you to identify and compare the five strongest Turkish suppliers that can service those segments.
Your day-to-day will include gathering detailed price lists, MOQs, durability notes and any verifiable client feedback, then pushing for the best terms, freight options and sample turnarounds. I’ll want a single tracker that logs every conversation, quote and follow-up so nothing slips. Each week you’ll also share a short newsletter on new fabrics, trims or seasonal materials you spot, along with updated catalog or price-sheet links that I can forward to my designer.
Fluency in Turkish and English is a must, as is prior experience in wholesale kidswear or a closely related apparel niche. Strong negotiation and clear communication are non-negotiable. Basic marketing sense—enough to assemble polished supplier decks or simple look-books—will set you apart.
Beyond the usual price, quality and reliability checks, I’m open to any other criteria you believe should guide our supplier shortlist, so bring your insights. We can start immediately; please tell me about similar sourcing projects you’ve handled, share references if available, and include your expected hourly or project-based rate.
