Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Historian/Scribe/VA Needed To Call Patient

Hi,
Requirements
1. You speak English AND Spanish
2. You have experience working in healthcare and understand medical terms.
Workflow
1. You are given the contact information for a patient.
2. You text/email them with a company email/phone number to arrange a time to 'take their history'
3. You call them and record the conversation
4. You ask the same 25-50 questions in English OR Spanish
5. You upload the recorded file. This file is transcribed into English automatically
6. You then take the answers from the transcription and enter them into a google document *after* talking to the patient .
Other
- Each intake questionnaire will take about 30-60 minutes
- You will be given a list of questions to ask
- You will be given the final word document in which to write down questions
- You will be paid per intake. Currently there are about 5-10 intakes per month. If you can handle this you will then perform about 50 intakes per month.
- You may work 7am-9pm PST every day (including weekends). Remember you are paid per intake - so if someone can only talk at 7pm on Saturday then you should call them at that time.
- You will be given a US based phone number
- Multiple people will be hired for this position.
