I am in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized virtual assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This individual will play a crucial role in managing my three Airbnb properties, ensuring top-notch customer service, smooth guest communication, and efficient coordination with the cleaning team. Given the dynamic nature of hosting Airbnbs in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- **Bilingual Proficiency:** Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests, cleaning team and local contractors like handymen.
- **Customer Service Excellence:** Proven ability to address guests' needs promptly and professionally, providing an exceptional stay experience.
- **Efficient Communication:** Comfortable with making phone calls and using the Airbnb app and Hospitable app for all guest communications. The ability to convey information clearly and concisely and creating standardized scripts is paramount.
- **Inventory and Supply Management:** Capable of supporting the development of and monitoring and managing of property inventories, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked for guests' arrivals.
- **Cleaning Team Coordination:** Experience in coordinating and supervising cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and readiness of the property.
