Freelance Virtual Assistant – Recruitment (Job Sourcing – UK Market)
Pay: 3,000 BDT/week
Hours: Flexible (approx. 10 hours/week to hit targets)
Payment: Weekly (subject to performance review after week 1)
Location: Remote (Ideal for Bangladesh-based students)

We’re hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to help with recruitment tasks, specifically sourcing UK-based jobs for clients based on a clear rulebook or profile. You’ll be expected to:

Search for relevant UK jobs (based on location, salary, industry, etc.)

Follow job-matching rules provided

Meet weekly sourcing targets

You will be trained and reporting to my nephew in Bangladesh.
Work is fully flexible – choose your own hours, as long as targets are met.

Trial period:
Week 1 - TRAINING (Competition)
Week 2 - 2,000Tk Standard Pay
Thi is a performance review period. If you meet the targets, the contract continues. If not, the role ends after the first week.

Note:
I already have a team of six assistants in Bangladesh who are currently sitting exams. This role is to temporarily cover all six of their responsibilities. If performance is strong, the position may become permanent, though payment will be revised.
