I am looking for a VIrtual Assistant with the following experience.
We are looking for a data entry associate comfortable with the keyboard entering, maintaining and validating key marketing data collected as a function of marketing programs.
It's an exciting new role opening! An assistant who is very organized and can help me manage a growing business Part time to start. Everyday new challenges. I am looking for someone with an open mind creative who is willing to share ideas to make my business run smoothly think out of the box type of person if this sounds like you I would I would like you to join my small awesome team. English is a plus to be able to communicate with me and potential clients.
Handling data entry Research Handling communications and goal settling.
Familiar with Insightly CRM
Usage of Dial Pad for SMS texting and some phone calls.
Google Calendar
Excel Sheet
Email Campaigns
Reminders for Business/Personal
Marketing light
Twitter, FB, IG set up
Check on VA's occasionally There is new challenges on a daily basis this pretty much give you and idea of my busy hectic life!
