Asistente Virtual/Chat en vivo en español (6 horas al dia)

Buscamos asistente virtual para trabajar 30 horas semanales como chat en vivo y respondiendo emails.

I am looking for a virtual assistant who can provide customer support and chat in Spanish for 6 hours a day. The ideal candidate should have advanced or native Spanish speaking skills.

Tasks:
- Interacting with customers seeking product information through live chat
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns

Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish, preferably an advanced or native speaker
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles would be preferred
- Familiarity with chat platforms or customer relationship management (CRM) systems would be a plus

This is a part-time position, requiring 6 hours of availability per day. The assistant should be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide prompt and accurate responses.
