VA Apprentice / Intern for an online business
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
Hello.
Our team is expanding, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our crew on an apprenticeship basis. The structure is as follows:
- 2-week training (based on materials and videos) for you to get up to speed (unpaid)
- 2-week probationary period for you to show yourself as a productive contributor, being on time, and as a good match to our company
- 1 month at a 50% rate
- after that - full pay at $3-5/hour based on the time commitment, availability and results shown the month prior. Raises thereafter as you become more independent, productive and committed. Lots of extra cash bonuses that are performance-based along the way.
