Amazon virtual assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with customer service and returns tasks on Amazon.

Specific tasks include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Processing returns and refunds efficiently
- Resolving any issues or complaints from customers

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with Amazon seller central and knowledge of Amazon's policies and processes
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
- Attention to detail and ability to manage returns and refunds effectively

The project requires less than 10 hours of assistance per week.
